Set in Stone

The iconic standing stones of Callanish on the Isle of Lewis in the Outer Hebrides. Erected about 5000 years ago, it is believed that they pre-date Stonehenge by 2000 years.
 
Despite appearances this was taken in the rain with a raging icey cold wind. This was one of a few that didn't fall victim to rain spots! 😆
